Camping

                                          Camping

I walked through the forest with no care of where I was heading.  I stopped in my tracks and put down my bag.  I unloaded my camping equipment and set up the tent.  When I was done with the tent, I noticed that it was getting dark so I started gathering the nearby sticks for fire.  I was walking back to my tent when I saw a funny shaped branch. I ignored it and kept walking and when I was finally close to my camp site, I heard an owl noise coming from the branch. As I turned around it changed shape from a branch into an owl.

Fire!

Fire!

As I walked up the building stairs and I saw a crocodile picture posted up on a bulletin board. I did not think of this anymore for I was too distracted of the orange flames reflecting off my glasses and because of the alarm going off. I turned around to find flames rising in the building. It shattered the glass in front of me and I felt the heat pouring out. I was within the fire’s grasp until the floor beneath, collapsed bringing the fire with it. With the fire still burning, I ran down the wide stairs and I went out the building.

The Curse

                 The Curse

As I walked through the garden with a friend of mine, we saw a sculpture with big yellow eyes that was shaped like a pot. It had markings all over it. It also had legs with stripes sticking out on the top. It made the scenery unbearable. Then, it disappeared.
“I think we better go home,” I mumbled.

As we walked home, we kept seeing shadows out in the alleys. At that point, we ran. We were explaining to my grandmother what had happened until all the lights went out. I felt something grab my shoulders, and I was gone.

Peaky's Challenge

           Remembrance Day

Greeting humans of Earth! Some people don’t care about Remembrance Day, and so I ask them, why? Why don’t you want to honor those who die for us? Those who were so young but went to war for us? Those who left their own families knowing that they might never come back to them. To fight a war to not only their family but to keep all our families safe? It just takes two minute of silence. Can’t you spare two minutes? Wouldn’t you go to war to protect your family members? Many did and most of them never came back. Think about it.
